1What is the usual delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is usually 4 weeks but no longer then 6 weeks. Sometimes the windows may even arrive earlier, so we always give us customers notice when the product is ready so that each project can be completed as soon as possible.
2Where do we produce our windows and doors?
We are a modern company using high-tech solutions in the production of our doors and windows. We work on technological lines equipped with the best machines and devices located in Central Europe.
3Are my windows double glazed?
Yes, it is a standard now for windows to be double glazed.
4Are we FENSA registered?
Yes, our FENSA registered number is 35376.
5What colours are available?
All of our products can be spray painted to any RAL colour.
6What about the installation process?
After you place your order, you will have a visit by the Company technical measuring surveyor. We will do the accurate measurements for your products before returning them to the office. We will then contact you a week or so before the installation to offer you a date.
7What should I do if there’s a problem?
We offer a 10 year guarantee on all our products apart from oak where we offer 25 years if the fault is due to defective materials or construction. For further details please check our Guarantees on our website or contact us for further details.
8How much does it cost to get replacement windows?
We wish there was an easy answer for this one. But the truth is that the cost of your replacement windows can vary greatly depending on what you get, and what you need. There are a lot of variables. That is why we offer a free consultation. Before you commit to buying anything, we’ll let you know exactly what your options are, and help you get your new windows into your budget.
9When is it time to replace windows?
If you can feel a cold breeze coming through your windows in the winter, that is defiantly a sign your windows need changing. If your windows are over 20 years old, you can benefit from modern advancements in window technology.
10Will I need planning consent for a conservatory?
Many conservatories can be built within Permitted Development regulations provided they are within the prescribed size limits.
